Salter Exteriors was referred to me by my neighbor. The owner Aaron introduced himself to me and we reviewed all of the damage to my home due to a hail storm. He was extremely professional. He took the time to help report all damages to my insurance adjuster over the phone and when the adjuster stated that they need to do a field inspection, Aaron came back that day to walk with the adjuster to show him all the damages again and explain why certain items needed repairing or replacing. When my insurance company did not want to replace a few damage items, Aaron came to my rescue and provided additional technical data as well as photos to convince them that they needed to replace those items as well. All jobs were completed as scheduled. The quality of work was high and professional. I would use his services again with no hesitation and would highly recommend Salter Exteriors to anyone.

Aaron was very prompt. Always on time. Finished the job by the date he said he would. He wasn't an aggressive business man. I've never experienced such a professional person like Aaron. He represents the company very well!!

Salter Exterior replace my roof from hail damage on August 24, 2022. I had two insurance adjustors that had to come out. Each time Aaron came out walk the roof and explained the process of what the adjustors are saying and what my next steps are from a contractor and insurance side. Every time I reach out to Aaron he responded in a timely manner and was very patient. I would use the company again.

We are selling our home and the inspector recommended that we have a roofer inspect the roof for repair or complete replacement. I scheduled for two roofers to come out for an estimate. The first roofer said that there was extensive hail damage and the whole roof would need to be replaced. Aaron came out to provide an estimate and found that the markings on the shingles were actually just "mechanical" damage from the footsteps of the roof installers during the hot summer and did not impede on the functionality or durability of the roof. What a relief to have a knowledgeable and honest company to provide us with feedback, at no benefit to them. He quickly worked with our realtor to provide this information before the buyers option period ended that same day. We are very grateful for his service and will definitely be using him for any future needs!
