Alvarado storm history
On April 11, 2011, the NWS confirmed a brief EF1 tornado in Alvarado, just southwest of the I-35W and Highway 67 intersection. It overturned a mobile home and damaged several commercial buildings. Hail is common in spring: NOAA reports show golf ball-size hail near Alvarado Hardgrave Airport on May 16, 2025, and baseball-size hail in nearby Venus on April 9, 2021.

Roofs we see in Alvarado
In town, many homes are older and have had several roofs, so we check the decking and flashing closely. Rural homes often have long, exposed roof slopes and metal outbuildings that take wind and hail. We handle roof replacement, essential roof repairs and storm and hail damage repair, plus gutters and exterior painting.
Insurance and warranty
We have helped with more than 2,500 insurance claims in North Texas. New roofs include our 5-year labor warranty, which transfers if you sell your home within those 5 years.
