Photograph your home now

Take dated photos of your roof, gutters, siding, and windows before storm season. They help show the condition of your home before damage.

Clean gutters and downspouts

Clear gutters so heavy rain drains away from the house.

Trim trees

Cut back limbs that hang over the roof. Falling limbs cause many emergency tarp calls after storms.

Review your policy

Know your deductible (many Texas policies use a percentage deductible for wind and hail) and your insurer's claim deadlines.

Fix small problems

Lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, and loose flashing are essential roof repairs that are easier to handle before a storm than after.

Save our number

If a storm damages your roof, call or text 972-246-7448. We can tarp it to prevent further damage and inspect it for your claim. — Aaron
