Storm and hail history in Euless
NOAA's Storm Events Database (which includes Storm Prediction Center reports) records these events in or right next to Euless:
- April 3, 2012: baseball-size (2.75-inch) hail in Euless.
- March 21, 2022: an EF0 tornado with peak winds of 85 mph, confirmed by an NWS damage survey.
- May 27, 2024: baseball-size (2.75-inch) hail reported by the public.
- August 3, 2025: quarter-size hail near FM 157 and Bedford Road.
Hail damage isn't always visible from the ground. Bruised shingles, cracked vents and dented gutters can leak months later. That's why we photograph every slope.
Euless homes and what they need
The Census Bureau's American Community Survey (2020–2024) puts the median owner-occupied home value in Euless at $318,800 and the median year built at 1986. Many Euless homes are 1970s and 1980s builds whose roofs have been replaced at least once, sometimes over a second layer, and whose decking and fascia boards show their age. When we reroof, we tear off to the deck and replace soft wood instead of covering it up.
